Site Manager

 We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and skilled School Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, health and safety and security of the school premises. This is a key role in ensuring the school is a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

As Site Manager, you will have experience in site management, caretaking or will have worked in a previous similar role. We are looking for an individual with experience in knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. You will have the ability to work independently and to complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for supervision of DIY tasks and repairs delegated to the Site Assistant.  The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is motivated to make a difference.

Starting date: Friday 10th April 2026

SITE ASSISTANT

 We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and skilled School Site Assistant to open the school in the mornings and support the Site Manager in ensuring the school is a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

As Site Assistant, you will have experience in caretaking or will have worked in a similar role. We are looking for an individual with experience of completing minor repairs and maintenance tasks. You will have the ability to work independently and also under the direction of the Site Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is motivated to make a difference.

Closing date: Monday 2nd March 2026 1.00pm (we reserve the right to close earlier)

Interview date: Friday 6th March 2026 or sooner for suitable candidate

Starting date: As soon as possible
